Process wherein one family member petitions for a greencard for another family member.  A US citizen or greencard holder spouse may sponsor his/her spouse.  A US citizen or greencard holder parent may sponsor a child.  A US citizen child over 21 may sponsor a parent (or step parent if the stepparent married the natural parent prior to the child's 18th birthday).  A US citizen sibling may sponsor his/her brothers and sisters.

Immigrant's Required Documents:  Passport(s), I-94, Birth Cert., Marriage Cert., Divorce Cert(s).
